Curriculum Update – English, Term 3, 2025

Earlier this year, we held a successful whānau hui regarding the refreshed Maths curriculum for Phases 1-3 (Year 0-8). We are unfortunately still waiting on Phase 3 (Year 7-8) of the English curriculum, which is due to be released in Term 4 of this year. Due to this, we will need to delay our English curriculum whānau hui until 2026. We want to be able to discuss the progression for children at ASP throughout all 3 phases and need the finalised curriculum in order to do this. We will let you know early next year when this will be held.
Students in Year 7-8 will continue learning through the 2007 English curriculum for the remainder of 2025.
